After Shelby's indoor soccer game, we met my mom at Rudy's, a local BBQ place. She went an picked up Jake from his strength and agility training. After dinner we headed to Morghan's basketball game. Then my mom and I left early to head to Jake's futsal game.

Today is a busy sports day. We started off at 8:15 with Morghan's basketball game. Morghan won that game. Next we have Shelby's basketball at noon. Then a soccer scrimmage at 2:00 for Jacob and we round the day off with an indoor soccer game for Morghan. Will update with the status later.

The never ending pile of laundry. I think Shelby hasn't done laundry in several weeks--she sure had a TON of clothes this week.

Last night Mark started replacing the disposal. The disposal was installed, but it didn't get hooked up. He didn't buy all the parts he needed. Am I surprise? No!! So he comes home today and starts working on it again. Well, lo and behold, he still doesn't have everything. I just hope he can finish it up soon because we can't run the dishwasher (which of course needed to be run before this happened). He also now needs to replace the board that was underneath the sink because, as you can see in the picture, it is now ruined.

While Mark was gone over the weekend, I noticed a pool of water underneath the sink. I got to looking and figured out that the disposal was leaking. Tonight, after he got home from work, he looked at it so we could go get a new one. The old one ended up getting a whole in it. Very strange. So this is our new disposal still in the box.

Monday's are guitar lessons for Jacob and Shelby. Jacob plays the electric guitar in addition to the acoustic guitar. Both of them love guitar. Jacob got a new song today, Stray Cat Strut by the Stray Cats and then Shelby got Classical Gas by Eric Clapton.

So far so good about keeping up. But, hey, it's only the 4th.

Today's picture is of the first snowfall of 2009. I'm sure it won't be long before it's all gone.

Why a tea pot? When the weather started getting cold, Morghan got in to a tea/cider/hot chocolate kick. For Christmas, Mark and I decided to get her a tea pot. She LOVES to make tea for everyone. So on a daily basis we get asked, "Do you want me to make you some . . ." Gotta love her.

A remote you ask. Yes, the second one for the week. Our other remote is dying. The first one wouldn't let you work the television, but it would the satelite. The second, just the opposite. So now I need to return the second one. Today I went and got a third one. And yes, the old saying is true--third times a charm. Thanks goodness. DH will be happy when he gets home tomorrow night.

I am starting a new project for the year. It's called Project 365. I am to take one picture each day for a year.

This is my thoughts on day 2.

I am not a cat person. Never have been. Then why do I have 5 cats. Ask my cat-loving husband. This is a picture of my favorite (if you want to call him that) cat, Sammy. He always has a dumb look on his face. Poor thing.
